King William Rooms – Hotel near airport in Wilmslow

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room, although set up for one person, was clean and faced the busy main road. The hotel staff was superbly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was very good, close to the train station and town center, although right next to a busy roundabout. The dining options were a bit lacking, and the price for breakfast seemed a bit expensive. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to the train station and town center. The rooms were cold upon arrival and facing a busy main road, making it noisy at night due to old windows and a gurgling radiator. The service was friendly but not very attentive, and early closure required seeking food elsewhere. Overall, an average experience with some drawbacks.

I stayed at the hotel for a weekend and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms, despite a recent repaint, looked tired and were facing a deceptively busy main road. Unfortunately, my room wasn't made up on Saturday, and there was no replenished milk or coffee after the first night. On the positive side, the service during check-in was friendly, but that was overshadowed by unfriendly staff later on. The location was close to the center and extremely convenient for my visit but not ideal for walking at night. The dining experience left much to be desired, and I had to walk quite a distance into town for more options. The facilities were average, with limited availability. Despite some drawbacks, the price was fair for the stay.

The location allowed us to enjoy a family event nearby without driving, and it was close to the train station and St Bartholomew's Church. The dining options were limited after 9 pm, requiring a walk into town. The facilities were satisfactory but not exceptional.

The hotel rooms were basic and not particularly comfortable, above a busy road, and lacked breakfast. However, they were still cosy and clean with fresh white bedding awaiting new guests. The main road-facing rooms suffered from traffic noise, so opting for a quieter room or double glazing would be beneficial.
